tamilrockersSpain aims to improve cooperation with Morocco in the tourism sector, as said by the Spanish Minister of Industry, Trade, and Tourism Reyes Maroto in Madrid.

Maroto said that Spain and Morocco are strong partners “who share a common history and enjoy strong relations,” after a meeting with Moroccan Minister of Tourism, Air transport, Crafts, and Social Economy Mohammed Sajid, at the 39th International Tourism Fair (FITUR) in Madrid.

“Spain is the second [most popular] market for tourists to Morocco after France and Morocco is the top destination for Spanish tourists outside Europe,” said Secretary of State to the Minister of Tourism Lamia Boutaleb.

With the new memorandum, said Maroto, “we will be able to formalize the future of our relations in the tourism industry, not least by finding in the common culture, we share a project that will allow visitors who come to Spain to enjoy Morocco” and vice versa.

Over 12 million tourists visited Morocco in 2018, going up 8 percent from 2017. Inbound tourism in Spain dropped by 4.9 percent in July 2018 compared to the same period in 2017.

FITUR is a global meeting point for tourism professionals and the leading trade fair for inbound and outbound Ibero-American markets.

FITUR 2019 was held from January 23 to January 27. Last year, the event witnessed a record with 10,190 exhibiting companies from 165 countries/regions, 140,120 trade participants and 110,860 people from the general public.

"The incidence of cancer among children in India is on the rise. As per senior health experts, the incidence of cancer among children is increasing by 1.1 per cent every year. These are alarm bells for a country like India, where this dreaded disease, which used to impact mostly adults, is now impacting children too. Leukaemia, Ewing s sarcoma, lymphoma, eye and central nervous system tumours are some of the common childhood cancers. One out of five children suffering from cancer worldwide is from India. In India, childhood cancers account for 1.6% to 4.8% of all cancers, " says Dr Nisha Manikantan, Art of Living's Sri Sri Tattva Ayurveda expert and author of the popular work-Ayurveda Simplified.
Cancer symptoms and causes.
Some of the cancer symptoms could be weight loss, noticeable growth of tumours, tiredness, bleeding or rashes.
Unhealthy eating habits and the consumption of junk and processed food is a major factor contributing to the rise in cancer among children. The use of artificial colours, preservatives, pesticides and adulteration of food items is making food carcinogenic, a trend which wasn t prevalent in the earlier times when food used to be much healthier and nutritious.
Parents also need to be mindful of the kind of toothpastes, soaps and other cosmetic products they use at home. Some of these products may end up being carcinogenic. Using natural or ayurvedic variants of these products could turn out to be a much safer option.
When it comes to cancer, there are preventive measures that can be taken to keep the C-word out of the lives of our children. Dr Nisha suggests some:.

PATNA: State animal and fisheries resources department (AFRD) on Tuesday asked the medical committee of the Sanjay Gandhi Biological Park, commonly known as Patna zoo, to send fresh samples of birds to the National Institute of High Security Animal Diseases (NIHSAD)-Bhopal after a dead crow, found dead here, was tested positive for H5N1 virus. The test result was received by the department on January 28.

Several crows were found dead at B N College, FCI godown at Phulwari, Police Lines, Raja Bazaar, Digha and near rural SP office here between January 15 and 17. Crows found dead at B N College and near rural SP office were tested positive for bird flu.

Patna zoo director Amit Kumar said the fresh samples of zoo birds, including swabs, dropping and feathers or saliva will be collected on January 30 and sent to NIHSAD as per the protocol of the central government.

Earlier, the Patna zoo had sent bird samples to the Bhopal-based laboratory twice after the death of six peafowls between December 16 and 23. However, the dead peafowls were tested negative for bird flu.
