'He messaged, I replied', Ankita Lokhande when asked on ex-boyfriend Sushant's comment on her 'Manikarnika' look
Ankita Lokhande who recently confirmed that she in love with businessmen Vicky Jain revealed that she found ex-boyfriend Sushant Singh Rajput‘s comment on her Manikarnika look extremely normal and genuine.
Talking to Times Now about Sushant’s comment the actress said, “I think I have always been good to him, he has always been good to me and it’s good to appreciate good work. What’s wrong in that? So it’s nothing more than that. It’s just an appreciation from one actor to another actor. You can’t keep answering everyone, you can’t keep defending yourself because somebody is asking you a random question. So I am like theek hai he messaged, even I replied and that’s it, end of the story.”
For those uninitiated, Ankita and Sushant who met on the sets of the show Pavitra Rishta dated for a brief period and were even supposed to get married. Such was the love that Sushant proposed to Ankita on National Television. However once Sushant forayed into Bollywood, things turned ugly and the couple decided to part ways.
While many blame Ankits’a dominating nature for the reason behind their break up, a section of media reported that Sushant was cheating on Ankita with Kriti Sanon and hence the relationship went kaput.
However as they say all’s well that ends well. Ankita is now in a happy space as she is in love again, while Sushant who is rumored to have parted away with Kriti is enjoying his singlehood and basking on the success of his recently released film Kedarnath.
