Shashi Kapoor's son Karan Kapoor, who is a renowned photographer today, had a very average Bollywood career and had featured in only five films in the span of 20 years.

Karan Kapoor is a son of late actor Shashi Kapoor and late British actress Jennifer Kendal however Karan didn't had a popular Bollywood career. He was a popular model made famous by a shooting and shirting advertisement, and he also acted in the film 'Sultanate', opposite Juhi Chawla, which was her debut film and later in 'Loha' with Dharmendra. Unfortunately, he merely did only five films namely, 'Junoon', 'Sultanate', 'Loha', 'Afsar' and '36 Chowringhee Lane'. He later took a decision to quit his acting career and pursue photography as he had a keen on photography.
